What is Chakra's?

The heart chakra is responsible for our emotions and is located in the center of the chest. It is associated with the color green. When this chakra is balanced, we feel confident and secure in our relationships. We can give and receive love freely.

The sacral chakra is responsible for our creativity and is located just below the navel. It is associated with the color orange. When this chakra is balanced, we feel sexually confident and creative. We can express our sexuality freely.

The root chakra is responsible for our safety and security and is located at the base of the spine. It is associated with the color red. When this chakra is balanced, we feel safe and secure. We can live our lives freely.

Chanting, toning, and empowerment are all excellent ways to balance your chakras and become an empowered goddess. By using sound, you can come back into your body, love your body, and heal yourself.

1. Take some time for yourself: Make sure to schedule some time for yourself every day. This is time that you can use to relax, meditate, or do whatever makes you feel good. Unplug from electronics, take some deep breaths, and focus on your heart chakra.

2. Find your center:

To balance your heart chakra, you need to find your center. This means getting in touch with your emotions and learning to control them. Start by taking some deep breaths and focusing on your heart. Once you feel centered, start to focus on your emotions. Listen to what they are telling you and try to understand them. If you find that you are getting overwhelmed, take some time to yourself to breathe and relax.

3. Feel the love:

One of the best ways to balance your heart chakra is to focus on feeling the love. This means surrounding yourself with things that make you feel happy and loved. Spend time with loved ones, listen to music that makes you feel good, and do things that make you happy. When you focus on feeling the love, you will start to see your heart chakra balance itself out.

4. Express yourself:

Another great way to balance your heart chakra is to express yourself. This can be done through art, writing, or any other form of self-expression. When you express yourself, you can let go of any emotions that are weighing you down. This will help to clear your heart chakra and allow it to balance itself out.

5. Give thanks: Finally, make sure to give thanks. This can be done by simply taking a moment to appreciate all that you have. When you are grateful for what you have, you can open your heart up and let the love in. This will help to balance your heart chakra and leave you feeling happy and loved.
